Fry food - Microvers

Recipe for breeding microvers:

-Water
-Oatmeal
- Brewer's yeast pills

mix the water and the oatmeal to obtain a semi-liquid paste, be careful the oatmeal needs time to swell, add more water if necessary.

for one liter of preparation add 4 pastilles of brewer's yeast. Let them melt then mix.

add your strain of microvers, mix and wait a few days, they will rise on the walls of your container.

don't forget to make tiny holes in the lid to let air in
