The temperature can be precisely adjusted from 20 to 32°C. The regulation accuracy is ± 0.5°C.
The heat is kept constant. the control lamp indicates the heating function. The body is absolutely waterproof, can be fully immersed, has dry-running protection (Thermo Safety Control) and is suitable for freshwater and saltwater. One of the innovations the most important is the glass envelope:

• It increases the heating surface,
• It compresses heat, ensures optimal and even heat dissipation, and
• forms a thermal shield (no risk of burns in case of contact by the inhabitants of the aquarium).

The envelope is made of special laboratory glass. It was created for research purposes. It is therefore free of pollutants that could be released into the water. Chemical and biological substances do not attack it. There are no cracks and crevices through which condensation water could pass. It is impact resistant. And even extreme temperature variations, such as those that can occur during water changes, do not affect this glass.
