Byzantium hazel bug.

Byzantium hazel (Corylus colurna) is a deciduous shrub native to Asia Minor and Eastern Europe. It is known for its large, dark green leaves, catkin-like flowers and edible nuts.

The bugs that contain the hazelnuts serve as hiding places and a source of cellulose for the shrimp.

REMARKS: before any use of natural products , it is preferable to let them drain for several days in water outside the aquarium, or even boil them for a few minutes.
